Job Summary
Wrexham dental works are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the administrative tasks that keep our practice running smoothly. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the practice and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently.
Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with data protection regulations.
Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries effectively.
Assist with administrative tasks
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the day.

Qualifications

Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
Proficiency in using office software systems is advantageous.
A keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills within the dental field.

Salary will depend on experience.
