IT Support Apprentice
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is eager to start a career in IT support and technology starting this September 2026. This apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced engineers and managers in a supportive learning environment. This role is ideally suited for a GCSE School leaver.
About the Role
As an IT Support Apprentice, you will learn the fundamentals of IT support and develop practical skills including:
- Building and configuring PCs
- Installing software and drivers
- Supporting IT peripherals and hardware
- Learning and adapting to new technologies
- Assisting senior engineers with IT support tasks
- Travelling to different locations to experience new environments and technologies
This role is ideal for someone who is keen to learn, listens well, and is willing to develop their technical knowledge and professional skills.
