Are you a passionate and skilled Sports Therapist looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact? Unity Health & Performance is growing, and we're looking for dedicated professionals to join our team on a full time basis

We're expanding and opening a new clinic that benefits from an active and diverse client base right on our doorstep. At Unity Health & Performance, we are not your average clinic. We bridge the gap between recovery and performance, blending hands-on therapy with injury rehabilitation carried out by registered healthcare professionals. You'll be joining a multi-disciplined team consisting of experienced osteopaths, physiotherapists and sports therapists, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing:

As a Sports Therapist with us, you'll be at the forefront of patient care, responsible for:

Assessing patients thoroughly to understand their needs and develop effective treatment plans.
Delivering tailored sports therapy treatments that promote recovery, prevent injury, and enhance performance.
Working as part of a wider treatment pathway, therefore being a strong team player is vital and the ability to use clinical judgement relating to patient referrals.
Maintaining meticulous notes for each patient session.
Representing Unity Health & Performance at sponsored company events, engaging with the community.
Building strong relationships with existing patients and effectively liaising with them regarding their treatment.
Cultivating rapport with potential patients to expand our patient base.

Who we're looking for:

We're seeking a highly motivated and qualified Sports Therapist with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people. You will need:

A bachelors in Sports Therapy as a minimum. Ideally, a Masters
Proven experience in assessing and treating patients effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive approach to patient engagement and business development.
