ABA Tutor / Personal Assistant Needed – East Grinstead (RH19)
We are looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic ABA Tutor/Personal Assistant to support a young man based in East Grinstead (RH19).
The role involves accompanying him on community outings and supporting him with activities he enjoys, including:
- Long walks
- Visiting parks
- Shopping
- Swimming
In addition to community activities, sessions are structured throughout the month to develop essential life skills, personal independence, communication, and occupational therapy programmes.
The young man can occasionally display some challenging behaviours, so experience in behaviour management is important. He is keen to learn, and you will be supported by an experienced and friendly ABA team.
Training and Development
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals with additional needs and developing their skills in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). The successful candidate will receive ongoing training and supervision and will have the opportunity to accompany the young man to therapy sessions, working alongside experienced professionals, including a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT), and Occupational Therapist (OT). This collaborative approach provides valuable hands-on experience and excellent opportunities for continued professional development.

- Calm, patient, flexible, and creative approach
- Experience managing challenging behaviour
