About Us

We are a highly successful and forward-thinking Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) business. Our office is a fast-paced and demanding environment where priorities frequently change, requiring an individual who can manage a busy workload with composure. We operate to exceptionally high standards and require absolute precision in everything we do.

We are now looking for a capable Administrator to work closely alongside our Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support the smooth daily running of the practice.

Job Description

On a daily basis the role will include:

Providing administration support to the team
Managing incoming calls
Sorting and managing incoming post
Communicating with clients
Liaising with external partners
Assisting with documentation and filing
Any other administrative duties as required

(This list is not exclusive and will change on an ad-hoc basis as your skill & knowledge grow)

Going forward you will have the opportunity to develop paraplanner support to include:

Request valuations and quotes from providers
Check information received from clients and providers
Check compliance documents on file

Person Specification

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Financial Services Administrator for a motivated team. This varied and rewarding role would suit an individual who has the following skills and qualities:

Highly effective workload management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-moving environment.
Confident using IT systems.
Strong initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently (full support and training will be provided).
Meticulous attention to detail and a thorough, precise approach to work, taking personal pride in accuracy.
Resilience under pressure, remaining calm and adapting seamlessly when priorities change at short notice.
Excellent communication skills, with a personable, approachable manner and the confidence to liaise professionally with clients, colleagues, and external providers.
Great work ethic, ambition, and a genuine eagerness to learn the operational side of the practice.

Pay: £10,816.00-£13,520.00 per year
