The role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced MOT and Vehicle Prep Technician to join our family-owned business at Duckworth Land Rover, Boston.

Our normal working hours for technicians are from 8am to 5pm but we can be flexible with your start and finish time. Saturday morning working is on a rota basis and overtime is always available.

The salary we offer Jaguar Land Rover qualified, level 4 technicians is over £42,000 plus the benefits described below.

Duties Include:

Conduct class 4 MOT tests on a range of vehicles to DVSA standards.
Carry out Pre-Delivery Inspections on new and used vehicles.
Prepare used vehicles to approved manufacturers standards
Fit, remove, repair and balance tyres safely and efficiently
Carry out wheel alignment checks and report defects or wear issues
Identify and report additional vehicle work to the Workshop Controller
Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
Carrying out any other reasonable duties required within the workshop
