Key Responsibilities

As a Property Administrator, your duties will include:

Providing general office and administrative support
Handling incoming telephone, email and walk-in enquiries professionally
Supporting the Sales and Lettings team with day-to-day administration
Maintaining accurate property, client and tenancy records
Preparing and processing property documentation
Managing appointments, viewings and diary schedules
Assisting with compliance and regulatory paperwork
Updating internal databases and property management systems
Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, buyers and vendors
Ensuring all files and records are maintained to a high standard
Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Please note that this list is not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned in line with the needs of the business.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Previous administration experience (property industry experience is desirable but not essential)
Driving License and access to a car is preferred but not essential
