Start Your Career in Property Management

Are you looking to start a rewarding career in the property industry? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Lettings Property Manager to join our growing team at Coco Property Group.

No previous property experience is required. We are looking for someone with excellent GCSEs/A Levels (or equivalent), a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop a long-term career within one of Dorset's leading independent estate agencies.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Lettings Property Manager, you'll receive full training in all aspects of residential property management, including:

Managing a portfolio of residential properties.
Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors.
Arranging repairs and maintenance.
Organising compliance certificates, including Gas Safety, EICRs and EPCs.
Carrying out regular property inspections.
Dealing with tenancy renewals and tenancy administration.
Handling maintenance enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Learning current housing legislation and best practice.
Providing outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants.

What We're Looking For

We're more interested in your attitude than your experience. You'll ideally have:

Excellent GCSE and/or A-Level results (or equivalent).
A professional and confident telephone manner.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good organisational and time management skills.
A positive, proactive approach to work.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new software.
A full UK driving licence (or working towards obtaining one) would be advantageous.
