Full job description

Hotel receptionist

We are looking for an enthusiastic & friendly person to deliver quality customer experience as a part of our Front Office Team.

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
Excellent grooming standards
Ability to work on their own or in teams
Ability to manage the Hotel Alone.

As a Receptionist you are responsible for:

Answering Calls
Checking In/Out Guest
Deal with In house guest Request
Making reservations.
Keep Hotel Secure.
Some F&B duties
Handling emails
Prepares a summary of cash and credit card activities

Experience in customer service is preferred but not necessary.

Due to the nature of our business there is an expectation that you will be available to work weekends, Evenings & Public Holidays.

5 to 6 Days A week including weekends.

Shift Patterns: 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm & 11pm to 7am.

May be needed to fill other shifts also. Flexibility is key.

Salary: National Minimum Wage

Contract: Zero Hour Contract

Job Location: Eccles M30

Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
