Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Co-ordinator to become a pivotal member of our team, responsible for overseeing maintenance operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our routine and reactive maintenance.
Duties
- Deal with day-to-day telephone and email enquiries from clients, in a timely and professional manner
- To liaise with clients as required ensuring a quality service is delivered and a high level of customer satisfaction achieved.
- Promote an efficient and professional image to all customers, always maintenance a high standard of customer service.
- Daily allocation of workload to engineers on our system.
- Review and monitor progress of works and book in further works.
- To ensure parts are ordered and arranged ahead of time to ensure smooth running of service dleivery and prevent recall access rate.
- Ensure adequate and clear job notes and instructions are provided.
- Effective diary management and utilisation.
- Prioritise and allocate emergency works within timescale.
- Eaching KPI's in line with business contractor.
- To build and maintain a professional working relationship with those inside and outside of the business.
- Other duties as required to meet the needs of the company.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in a maintenance or facilities environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently whilst managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
