Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our multiple award winning bakery team as a Viennoiserie Baker. This role involves preparing and laminating a range of Croissant products, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and mix the dough according to specified recipes and standards
Assist in preparing other bread products after all lamination is complete.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bakery area, adhering to food safety regulations
Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and other appliances
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications

Previous experience in lamination
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
