Role:

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be a key part of our fast-paced, hands-on team. You’ll help keep our warehouse running smoothly by ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.

This is a role for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, takes pride in getting the details right, and can adapt quickly to changing demands.

Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or collection, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Receive and process incoming stock using scanners and manual handling equipment.
Repackage stock to meet specific customer requirements.
Carry out stock checks, support audits, and maintain quality standards.
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised while making the best use of available space.
Report any stock discrepancies or issues promptly.
Operate and look after warehouse equipment.
Work closely with supervisors and teammates, supporting a culture of teamwork and safety.
Follow company procedures, service standards, and health & safety guidelines.

Experience

Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or similar environment.
Comfortable with modern warehouse practices and technology (e.g. scanners).

Skills

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
A positive, proactive approach and commitment to high standards.
Resilient under pressure with the ability to stay calm and focused.
Good level of physical fitness (manual handling and lifting required).
Team player who also works well independently.
Numerate, literate, and confident communicating in English.

Accountability

Accurate and timely picking and packing of sales orders
Accurate and timely receipt and processing of inbound purchase orders and returns
Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised whilst making the best use of available space.
Follow company procedures, service standards, and health & safety guidelines.
Understands and conducts self in line with Brand values
