The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and design-obsessed Sales & Design Consultants to join our flagship UK showroom. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a global brand, inspire customers, and help them create beautiful spaces that reflect the Mediterranean warmth KAVE is known for.
As a Sales & Design Consultant, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience, offer personalised design advice, and help the showroom achieve its commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an engaging, welcoming, and inspiring experience for every customer.
- Deliver expert product knowledge and design guidance — from furniture selection to spatial planning.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through confident, consultative selling.
- Support customers with styling advice, mood boards, room plans, and design concepts.
- Maintain high presentation standards across the showroom, ensuring displays always reflect the KAVE Home aesthetic.
- Take ownership of customer orders, follow-ups, and aftersales service.
- Support visual merchandising changes, product launches, and showroom events.
- Work collaboratively with the Showroom Manager and wider team to create an energetic, positive, and creative retail environment.
About You
- You have retail experience, ideally within furniture, interiors, premium lifestyle brands, or design-led environments.
- You’re confident, personable, and great at building rapport.
- You genuinely love interiors and enjoy inspiring customers with creative solutions.
- You are commercially minded and enjoy working to targets.
- You’re organised, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer care.
- You thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment and are a strong team player.
- You can work weekends and bank holidays without restrictions.
- Experience with interior design, space planning, or basic design software is a bonus — but not essential.
