Full job description

Warehouse Team Lead

Wakefield

39.5 hours, working Monday to Friday from 4pm-12am, with 1 in 3 Sundays

£13.55 base rate, with time-based supplements totalling between £13.75-16.93 per hour from

We’re looking for a Team Lead to come join our Wakefield Depot. In this role you will be the link between the supervisors and warehouse staff providing immediate hands-on leadership and supervision ensuring maximum effort and attention to detail in a safe and tidy environment.

The heart of the role

Coordinating, prioritising, and delegating warehouse activities, specifically within a dispatch environment
Management of staff hours, sickness, holidays to help ensure no detriment to operations.
To motivate and develop staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.

In this role you will be required to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
