Rope and Sling Specialists Ltd (RSS) is one of the UK’s largest independent lifting equipment engineering companies. With 10 sites nationwide and more planned, we’re expanding fast.

Over the past 12 years, we’ve invested heavily in advanced systems, IT and our hire fleet to deliver world-class service and empower our growing team of 100+ staff.

The role:

Hire and Sales Coordinator

40 hours per week
Permanent
Competitive salary
Aylesford depot

Key Responsibilities:

Process all hire and sales quotes and orders in a timely manner
Build relationships with customers and maximise sale opportunities wherever possible
Liaise with depot staff to ensure all hire and sales orders/collections are fulfilled efficiently and customers are satisfied with our service
Ensure stock levels remain repleted to continue to meet customer demand.
Efficiently resolve any customer queries and issues as they arise, liaising with the Depot Manager where necessary.
Accurately update the customer database in line with company requirements following a call

About you:

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
Organised with good interpersonal skills
Strong digital literacy
Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
