We’re growing – and so is our Goods In Team! We’re excited to introduce an opportunity for a Goods In Replenishment Assistant, a pivotal role at the heart of our operation.

Working closely with both our Goods In and Retail teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring products are in the right place at the right time. Whether it’s a jar of mayonnaise or the latest must-read book, you’ll help ensure every item moves seamlessly from delivery to the shop floor, ready for customers to discover.

What you’ll do

Support TEALS in delivering the right products to customers at the right time by ensuring a smooth flow of stock from Goods In to the shop floor
Receive deliveries from suppliers and ensure all health & safety procedures are followed
Move, prepare and label stock efficiently and accurately
Minimise waste through careful stock handling and strong stock rotation practices
Support front-of-house teams by ensuring stock is accurate, accessible, and easy to locate
Assist with general site duties, including bin changes, car park upkeep, litter picking, and other ad-hoc tasks as required

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a stockroom, warehouse or Goods In environment is desirable but not essential – a great attitude and willingness to learn is key
A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and use initiative
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
A full, clean driving licence
A good level of fitness, as this is a physically demanding role

Hours

Minimum 4 days per week
Approximately 20 hours per week
Weekend work required on a rota basis
