We are looking for an enthusiastic motivated radiographer with a flexible approach to delivering radiography services keen to develop their skills.
You will be an integral part of the smooth running of the imaging service and communicate effectively with a wide range of staff and patient groups. Maintaining good communication, liaison and working arrangements with other Trust teams, Trusts and external agencies.

Ensuring a high quality patient care maintaining patient flow and supporting the day to day running of the department whilst maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Working in accordance with ionising radiation regulations and in line with other departmental policies and protocols.
Excellent communication skills that foster good working relationships both within and external to the department.
You will be expected to manage your workload effectively, applying knowledge and skill to produce high quality images and adapt techniques to meet complex patient requirements.
To use communication tools (verbal and non verbal) to gain valid informed consent with patients where there will often be barriers to effective communication e.g. loss of hearing, altered perception, expressive and receptive dysphasia, pain, fear. To have the capacity to work within a legal framework with patients who lack capacity to consent to treatment e.g. those with cognitive or speech difficulties.
