The Role
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter / Joiner to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be passionate about quality craftsmanship and capable of producing outstanding work with excellent attention to detail.
You will be involved in all stages of our builds, from constructing timber frameworks through to fitting bespoke interiors and finishing details.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and install bespoke furniture and cabinetry.
- Build timber-framed structures for luxury mobile units.
- Fit kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes and interior joinery.
- Install hardwood flooring, wall panelling and decorative trims.
- Work from technical drawings and workshop plans.
- Use both traditional woodworking techniques and modern machinery.
- Ensure every project is completed to an exceptional finish.
- Work closely with the design and fabrication teams.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or Bench Joiner.
- Excellent woodworking and cabinet-making skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with hardwoods, plywood, laminates and sheet materials.
- Competent using workshop machinery and hand tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small skilled team.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
Desirable Experience
- Bespoke furniture manufacturing.
- Motorhome, caravan, yacht or horsebox interiors.
- Heritage or traditional joinery.
- Spray finishing or furniture finishing experience.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing or electrical installation.

Pay: £16.50-£19.00 per hour
