Beauty Therapist / Beauty Professional – Full Time (Part Time Considered)

The Sanctuary at Robin James is looking for a talented Beauty Professional to join our team in Sherborne.

The Sanctuary is an integral part of Robin James, an award-winning luxury salon and spa. Our experienced team delivers outstanding treatments in beautiful surroundings, combining exceptional customer care with the highest professional standards.

Our treatments are inspired by plant-based healing traditions from around the world. We believe in restoring balance through the five elements, creating memorable experiences by engaging all five senses through beautiful aromas, botanical products, expert touch and a calming environment.

If you’re passionate about wellness, enjoy working in a fast-paced salon, and love exceeding client expectations, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a friendly, professional Beauty Therapist who enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and takes pride in delivering exceptional treatments.

Ideally you’ll have experience in:

Massage
Facials
Gel nails and manicures/pedicures
Waxing

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) is preferred, along with at least two years’ salon or spa experience, although we would love to hear from outstanding candidates with less experience and the right attitude.

On-target earnings from £25,000+ per year for the right candidate (salary plus generous commission)

Hours

Full Time: 39.5 hours per week (Monday to Saturday)
