About the Role

Lead the Way in Community Healthcare – Become a Superdrug Pharmacy Manager!

Location: Bridgwater
Hours: 27 hours per week – alternate Saturdays
Salary: Up to £64,000 FTE (based on 45 hours per week)– negotiable depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading your pharmacy team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional service
Managing stock, operations, and GPhC (PSNI) standards
Driving commercial success and ensuring compliance
Receiving direct support from your Regional Healthcare Manager
Playing a key role in shaping the future of Superdrug’s healthcare offering

GPhC-qualified pharmacists
Preferably with community pharmacy experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Commercial awareness and understanding of NHS pharmacy funding
Passionate professionals ready to grow into future Regional Healthcare Managers

The interview will be held over Microsoft Teams and will involve a detailed discussion about your experience and key performance indicators (KPIs). Competency based questions will be asked throughout the interview.
