Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled Workshop Maker to join our growing workshop team. You’ll work primarily in our workshop, crafting high-quality components and builds, and also joining the delivery team onsite when projects go live.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll help bring creative designs to reality — working on everything from detailed cabinetry to bespoke installations that appear across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture, assemble, and finish bespoke joinery and cabinetry to a high standard.
- Work with timber, sheet materials, plastics, composite panels, and vinyl finishes.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Operate workshop machinery safely and efficiently (table saws, routers, sanders, etc.).
- Support onsite installation, build, and breakdown of projects at event venues.
- Maintain an organised workspace, tools, fixtures, and materials stock.
- Collaborate with designers and project teams to deliver quality builds on schedule.
Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience in joinery and cabinetry.
- Strong hand tool and workshop machine skills.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, tolerances, and aesthetics.
- Ability to work accurately and solve problems effectively.
- Comfortable working onsite as required.
Desirable:
- Skills working with plastics, composite panels, and vinyl wrapping.
- Familiarity with event builds or modular structures.
