Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across a portfolio of 4-star hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our presence within the hospitality sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to utilise their management expertise and sales acumen in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the 4-star hotel segment, aligning with organisational goals.
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts and travel agencies, to maximise revenue opportunities.
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to achieve targets.
Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, analyse data trends, and generate reports for senior management.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business prospects and stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to create promotional campaigns and optimise client engagement initiatives.
Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Skills

Proven experience in management within the hospitality or tourism sectors, with a strong track record in B2B sales.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for effective pipeline management and analysis.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, market insights, and customer feedback for strategic decision-making.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently under pressure.
