Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter and Decorator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert painting and decorating techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes that enhance the aesthetic appeal of residential, commercial, or industrial environments. Your enthusiasm for craftsmanship and commitment to excellence will help us deliver outstanding results to our clients. Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion
Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and other decorative finishes with precision and attention to detail
Use a variety of tools including brushes, rollers, spray guns, and scaffolding to complete projects efficiently
Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver tailored decorating solutions
Maintain a safe work environment by following health and safety regulations at all times
Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality
Drive company vehicles to different job sites as needed, ensuring timely arrival and departure

Skills

Excellent communication skills in English for clear client interactions and team collaboration
Valid driving license with the ability to operate company vehicles safely on various sites
Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to painting and decorating work environments
Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics and finishing quality
Good physical stamina for working at heights, lifting materials, and performing manual tasks efficiently

Pay: £130.00-£150.00 per day

Work Location: On the road
