We have a new exciting opening within our a dynamic, progressive Accounts Payable team, as an integral part of a rapidly growing business. We are looking for the right candidate and are willing to invest in you!
Experience within an accounts department is not necessary, training for all aspects of the role will be given.

As part of our continued growth, our Accounts Payable function plays a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and supporting the smooth running of the business. We invest in systems, processes, and training to build a high-performing finance team that underpins our ongoing success.

The Role

Effectively communicate with other departments to resolve issues
Keep supplier accounts up to date, including checking statements and allocated payments
Act as a key point of contact for suppliers, building strong relationships
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the purchase ledger
Process supplier invoices efficiently
Resolve queries in a timely and professional manner
Accurately upload and manage financial data

About You

Strong organisational and planning skills
Confident using Excel
Logical thinker with good problem-solving ability
Previous customer service experience preferred
Comfortable communicating over the phone
Reliable and proactive
Team player with a positive attitude
High attention to detail
Good time management skills
