Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable individual to join our team as a Barber This role involves delivering exceptional customer service within a vibrant and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert hair styling and barbering services, ensuring clients leave satisfied and confident. A strong emphasis on communication skills and proficiency in English is essential to build rapport with clients and understand their needs effectively. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about hairdressing and customer care to develop their skills within a supportive setting.

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere
Provide high-quality hair styling and barbering services tailored to individual client preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work station, adhering to health and safety standards
Consult with clients to understand their desired look, offering professional advice when needed
Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery
Uphold the organisation’s reputation by delivering consistent, friendly, and professional service
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques through ongoing learning

Experience

Proven experience in customer service roles, ideally within a salon or barbering environment
Skilled in hair styling and barbering techniques with relevant qualifications or training recognised within the industry
Excellent communication skills in English, capable of engaging effectively with diverse clients
Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
Strong organisational skills to manage appointments and client records efficiently
A friendly, approachable demeanour with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
