We’re looking for a Producer to take full ownership of complex, high-value event projects—shaping them from initial concept through to outstanding, flawless execution.

Based full-time in our Leeds office, you’ll sit at the very centre of your assigned projects. From building strong client relationships and steering creative direction through to hands-on delivery, you’ll drive work forward while helping us develop bold ideas and win new business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Taking full ownership of large-scale event projects from concept to completion
Leading the creation of compelling pitches, proposals, and standout creative concepts
Collaborating across creative, digital, and technical teams to bring ideas to life
Managing budgets, resources, and delivery strategies with confidence and control
Leading on-site delivery and ensuring exceptional quality at every stage
Spotting and unlocking opportunities to grow client accounts
