Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting sales activities, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and maintaining effective communication across departments. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a professional environment, contributing to the optimisation of sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Core responsibilities

● Support the trade and sales teams with day-to-day operational tasks

● Coordinate client projects and large orders across internal teams

● Process and track trade orders, quotes, and account information

● Maintain and update sales pipelines, and account records

● Produce performance data, and commercial analysis

● Liaise with operations, logistics, merchandising, and finance teams to ensure projects run smoothly

● Assist alongside sales teams with trade client onboarding and account setup

● Monitor order progress, delivery timelines, and issue resolution within client projects

● Support preparation of commercial presentations, proposals, and pricing documentation for dedicated projects

● Help improve internal processes, operational efficiency and customer experience for the Trade proposition

Skills & capabilities

● Strong organisation and attention to detail

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

● Confident working across multiple departments and stakeholders both internal & external

● Excellent communication and relationship management skills

● Strong Excel / data analysis capability

● Experience using CRM or sales data platforms

● Commercial awareness and understanding of sales processes

Experience

● 1–3 years experience in operations, sales support, or commercial coordination

● Experience working in a retail, ecommerce, or B2B environment

● Familiarity with order management, reporting, or project coordination

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
