The Opportunity:

In return for your dedication and high standards, this role holds a direct, explicit pathway into a guaranteed fixed-hours, salaried Field Supervisor position as our client volume expands.
The Role:
This is a high-trust role combining hands-on property detailing with operational team support. We need a highly skilled and organised individual who takes genuine pride in rolling up their sleeves, working efficiently under pressure, and delivering flawless results. You will execute top-tier cleaning while eventually helping to coordinate on-site team members and maintaining strict quality control in the field. Previous cleaning experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example by executing flawless, high-specification cleaning across residential and commercial properties.
- Coordinate cleaning team on-site and ensuring adherence to time limits.
- Maintain custody and safe transit of premium commercial equipment and stock.
- Conduct post-clean quality audits to guarantee zero defects before handing over to the client.
- Safely manage onsite keys and access protocols.
- Provide concise, professional end-of-shift operational reports to line manager.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Possess a proven track record in professional cleaning, backed by verifiable references.
- Driving & Transport: Hold a valid UK driving licence and own a reliable vehicle. You must be willing to add standard Class 1 or 3 Business Use insurance coverage to your policy upon hire (we can guide you through this quick process).
- Background Checks: Ability to pass a company-funded Basic DBS background check.
- Reliability: Be exceptionally reliable, punctual, and comfortable with fast-paced physical and domestic tasks.
- Core Competencies: Possess exceptional personal organisation, domestic efficiency, time management, and an innate understanding of high-end hospitality standards.
- Communication: Demonstrate outstanding communication skills paired with a polished, professional demeanour.
- Discretion: Absolute commitment to professional discretion, including a willingness to sign a binding Confidentiality, Keyholding, and Non-Solicitation Agreement.
