Duties

Manage content creation and copywriting for various marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
Oversee social media management, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing engagement metrics.
Utilise tools such as Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite to optimise campaigns and monitor performance.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and support B2B marketing initiatives.
Manage project timelines effectively using project management tools to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
Analyse campaign results using analysis skills to refine strategies for improved ROI.
Lead the management of email marketing campaigns, ensuring targeted messaging and segmentation.
Organise promotional events or webinars as part of integrated marketing efforts.

Qualifications

Proven experience in management, SEO optimisation, project management, and digital marketing strategies.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to target audiences.
Experience in social media management across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Knowledge of B2B marketing practices and the ability to develop effective B2B campaigns.
Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal—with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Analytical mindset with strong analysis skills to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making.
IT literacy with a good understanding of digital tools relevant to modern marketing practices. This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to contribute innovative ideas within a supportive team environment while advancing their career in marketing.
