Joe Browns was founded by Simon Brown in 1998, inspired by a group of friends enjoying a beer in a beach bar called The Ty Coch Inn in Morfa Nefyn, North Wales, at the end of a great day surfing some waves. Fresh out of the sea, salt in their hair, laughing, joking and totally carefree, they were having an absolute blast. That was the essence, right there, of Joe Browns: FUN, SPONTANEOUS and FREE!

About the Role

We are looking for a Style Ambassador to join the established and friendly team at our York Designer Outlet Store, for 12 hours per week.

Our Style Advisors are the face of our business. Natural and friendly, you will go out of your way to provide an outstanding experience to all our customers. You will enjoy working in a fashion retail environment and use your knowledge and training to provide customers with that perfect head-to-toe outfit!

What are we looking for?

You will provide remarkable customer service to all of our customers and strive to consistently deliver our remarkable service plan on every shift
You will be passionate about our brand and able to demonstrate our brand values
You will be confident and able to build rapport with customers and your team
You will be comfortable asking for customer emails to contribute to the company sign ups and confident in cash handling
You will be able to work under pressure in a faced paced environment
You will be flexible and able to embrace change when required
You will be reliable and take initiative
You will be results driven and strive to achieve personal and team goals
You will be able to take direction and perform duties to company required standards and beyond
You will be compliant and follow company procedures
You will be a team player
You will be flexible and able to attend occasional out of hours working for team training, sale and full price launch.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £8.00-£13.00 per hour
