Full job description

Lolfa Llandeilo is a coffee shop serving brunch and speciality coffee located on the outskirts of the town.

We are looking for a manager who oversee day to day running of the cafe. This role is ideally suited to an existing assistant manager looking to take the step up in a supportive environment or an experienced manager looking for a new challenge.

Some attributes that we are looking for;

Ability to lead a team through their passion and commitment to customer service.
Previous experience in a similar role of a busy cafe/restaurant.
Barista trained and willingness to lead in-house training.
Understanding and knowledge of current market trends.
Financially aware.
Savvy on content/socials
The ability to speak Welsh and English would be advantageous.

Cafe hours 9am-4pm. Up to 30-40 hours per week. 4/5 day working week.

Salary based on experience.

Start date - Early March

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
