The Opportunity

We are looking for a reliable and professional SIA Door Supervisor to join our security team in Newquay for an immediate start. This role focuses on site security, monitoring, and responding to on-site incidents.

Unlike many security roles, we offer guaranteed hours and a fixed 2-week rotation schedule, allowing you to plan your life outside of work with total confidence.

What We Offer

Pay: £13.25 per hour
Guaranteed Hours: 24 hours per week.
Stable Rota: A set 2-week rotation schedule (know your days months in advance).
Flexibility: We are happy to discuss set shifts and days that work around your personal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Providing a professional security presence and acting as a visual deterrent.
Monitoring the site and responding quickly and calmly to incidents or alarms.
Liaising with site management and, where necessary, emergency services.
Completing daily logs and incident reports.

Requirements

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Badge (Required).
Strong communication skills and a professional "customer-facing" attitude.
Reliability is essential - we provide a set schedule and expect 100% attendance.
Right to work in the UK and a checkable 5-year work history.
