Overview
Are you an experienced Hospitality, Management & Leadership Tutor / Trainer / Coach who's looking for an exciting new challenge? Do you enjoy coaching people to reach their full potential?

Momentous Learning is a purpose-led training provider with a fresh approach to learning. We specialise in high-quality apprenticeships and training across hospitality, leadership, freight forwarding and youth work. For us, it’s more than just delivering qualifications – it’s about creating lasting change through empowerment

We are growing and looking for a passionate tutor/assessor to deliver our Leadership and Hospitality Management apprenticeship programmes, including:

· Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor

· Level 4 Hospitality Manager

· Level 3 Team Leader

· Level 5 Operations Manager

· Level 5 Coaching Professional

The role will be predominantly delivering the hospitality apprenticeships in the future, but experience of delivery of other leadership and management apprenticeships would be beneficial.

What You'll Do

· Coach, teach and assess a caseload of hospitality management and leadership apprentices remotely.

· Deliver engaging online workshops and 1:1 support aligned to the apprenticeship standard.

· Guide apprentices through their learning plan and prepare them for End Point Assessment (EPA).

· Adapt sessions to individual learner needs, providing timely, constructive feedback.

· Monitor progress and complete tripartite reviews in line with DfE funding requirements.

· Embed English, maths, safeguarding, and EDI throughout delivery.

· Liaise with employers to ensure alignment between training and on-the-job learning.

· Support the development of programme content and curriculum enhancements.

· Maintain records and contribute to quality and compliance standards.

· Take on additional responsibilities in the design and development of curriculum materials for our new Momentous Learning cohorts – bringing creativity, innovation, and leadership to shape how our programmes are delivered.

What You'll Bring:

· Proven experience working in delivering hospitality supervisor/manager apprenticeships (levels 3 and 4) and leadership apprenticeships including L3 Team Leader, L5 Operations Manager, L5 Coaching Professional.

· Strong knowledge of the hospitality sector and experience in leadership, operational management, and/or professional coaching.

· A recognised teaching and/or assessing qualification.

· Confidence with remote delivery and using online learning platforms.

· Clear communication skills and the ability to engage learners and employers.

· Strong organisational skills and self-motivation to manage your own caseload

Desirable:

· Knowledge of apprenticeship standards, KSBs and End Point Assessment.

· Understanding of DfE funding rules and Ofsted Inspection Framework.

· Experience contributing to internal quality assurance and preparing for inspections and audits..

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
