Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy Marketing Manager to drive growth across a portfolio of innovative businesses, with a primary focus on Visions Design and Perspectiv.

As an AI-first company, we don’t just use technology, we lead with it. You won't just be "doing marketing". You will be architecting commercial growth strategies that leverage the latest in LLMs and automation to build, nurture, and convert our client database. This is a role for a marketer who is obsessed with detail, driven by data, and eager to make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities1. Commercial Growth & Strategy

Develop and execute marketing strategies that align directly with sales objectives and revenue targets.
Identify new market opportunities and lead-generation tactics across multiple brands.
Maintain a "commercial growth mindset," ensuring every marketing activity has a clear ROI.

2. Email Marketing & Database Management

Build, manage, and segment a robust client database.
Design and implement sophisticated email sequencing and high-value newsletters.
Focus on lifecycle marketing to move prospects from initial contact to loyal clients.

3. AI Integration & Tech Optimisation

Utilise LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI tools to streamline content creation, research, and workflow automation.
Maintain and optimise our CRM, ensuring data integrity and effective pipeline tracking.
Stay ahead of the curve on emerging MarTech to ensure we remain an AI-first leader.

4. Analysis & Evidence-Based Reporting

Track, analyse, and present marketing performance metrics.
Be confident in evidencing analytical results—showing exactly what is working and why.
Use data insights to pivot strategies and optimise campaign performance in real-time.

Tech-Savvy & AI-Literate: You have a genuine understanding of how LLMs work and how to prompt/leverage them effectively.

Commercially Driven: You understand that marketing's ultimate goal is to support and drive sales.

Effective Communicator: You can write compelling copy and speak confidently about your results to stakeholders.

Experience & Skills

Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Growth Lead role.
Expertise in CRM management (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce).
Demonstrated success in managing email marketing platforms and automated sequences.
High proficiency in the modern AI tech stack (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
Experience managing marketing efforts for multiple brands or high-growth environments is a major plus.
