Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Immigration Advisor Level 1 (OISC) to join our professional team. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance and support to clients navigating immigration processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, assisting individuals and organisations with their immigration needs. The position is paid and suitable for those passionate about immigration law and client service.

Duties

Advise clients on immigration options, requirements, and procedures based on their individual circumstances.
Prepare and review visa applications, supporting documents, and other necessary paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Keep abreast of current immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes to provide up-to-date advice.
Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and other relevant authorities on behalf of clients.
Assist clients throughout the application process, including scheduling appointments and preparing for interviews.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, case progress, and documentation in accordance with organisational standards.
Provide ongoing support and follow-up post-application to ensure successful outcomes.

Experience

Prior experience in immigration consultancy or related legal fields is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
Knowledge of UK immigration laws and policies is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A recognised qualification or certification related to legal or immigration services is a plus but not required. Pay: £25,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in North London
