We're building the next one. And we're looking for an artist who can help make it legendary.
You'll create environments, props and assets played by millions. You'll work directly with programmers, designers and founders. On a small team, your work doesn't disappear into a pipeline. It ships. Players see it. It matters.
Create high-quality 3D assets, props and environments
Contribute to world-building and visual identity
Work closely with programmers, designers and other artists
Optimise assets for large-scale live games
Take ownership of content from concept through implementation
Contribute ideas that improve the player experience
Strong experience creating 3D assets for games
Experience with Blender, Maya or equivalent software
Strong understanding of modelling, optimisation and production workflows
Excellent artistic eye for shape, composition, proportion and colour
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Strong communication skills
Technical skill is important.
Artistic judgement is what separates good artists from great ones.
Many artists can model a wind turbine. Far fewer can make that wind turbine instantly feel right for the game it's built for.
We're looking for artists who understand that memorable game art comes from strong creative decisions, not simply more polygons, more detail or more time spent modelling.
Shape language, silhouette, readability, personality and taste matter.
In many cases, creating the right asset requires less clicking and more thinking.
Most developers spend years working on a game before players ever see the results.

We move significantly faster than traditional AAA development, but that doesn't mean we compromise on quality. We believe Roblox deserves the same ambition, creativity and craftsmanship as any major gaming platform, and we hold ourselves to that standard every day.
We've never relied on investors to build Cinnamon. The studio is funded by the success of the games we've already created. Our products have generated billions of visits and reached millions of players worldwide, allowing us to grow through the success of our own games rather than external funding. For our team, that means we're not dependent on funding rounds or investor money to keep the studio running. We're hiring because the business is growing and our games are successful.
