Festival FOH / Catering Team Member – Caribbean Food Truck

We’re looking for confident, reliable FOH / Catering Team Members to join our Caribbean food brand on a 3-month festival contract, serving customers from our food truck at events and festivals.

The role involves taking orders, handling payments, serving food, keeping the front-of-house area clean and organised, and supporting all aspects of catering operations. This may include some back-of-house duties such as food prep support, packing orders, restocking, cleaning, washing up, waste management, and helping the kitchen team during busy service.

Applicants should have strong customer service skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced festival environment, and have a good understanding of Caribbean food, flavours and culture. Experience in street food, festivals, hospitality or catering is preferred, but the right attitude is most important.

You must be punctual, well-presented, able to work under pressure, and happy to be part of a busy team delivering great Caribbean food, culture and service

Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour

Work Location: On the road
