Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Freelance Lettings / Estate Agent to help grow our property portfolio. This is a hybrid role, giving you the freedom to work remotely or from our office, and to manage your own schedule.

Your main focus will be bringing new properties and landlords into the business, as well as renting rooms and full properties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, business development, and earning high commission based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Source and onboard new landlords and properties
Rent rooms and residential properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords
Promote our services to grow the business
Manage viewings and negotiations where required
Represent the company professionally at all times

What We’re Looking For

Experience in lettings, estate agency, or property (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and manage your own time
Local market knowledge is an advantage
