As Sample and Workshop Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of our product process sitting at the intersection of our Production, Design, Buying, and Creative teams. You will be responsible for the accurate tracking, distribution, and organisation of all samples across every stage of development, ensuring the right product reaches the right people at the right time.

Key Responsibilities
- Open, process, and distribute all incoming product packages across multiple sample stages and departments
- Distribute all Design samples and swatches from proto stage through to final sample approval
- Manage the distribution, tracking, and recording of all Product Development samples from proto to shipment
- Log all samples accurately through the PLM system and raise orders for SMS samples
- Track, record, and distribute SMS samples to the relevant departments
- Raise sample requests through the PLM system for any additional PPS samples required by the Managing Director and Creative teams
- Maintain accurate records of all sample movements and statuses within the PLM system
- Monitor sample timelines and ensure departments receive product in line with critical deadlines
- Liaise with suppliers, Product Development, and Garment Technology teams regarding sample tracking and updates
- Maintain organisation and cleanliness of category workshop areas and ensure all samples are correctly tagged and labelled
- Manage and organise unused samples for sample sale or destruction
- Support the preparation and organisation of business-critical buy meetings
- Track Buying samples requested from the GXO warehouse
- Support stock consolidation and management at HC HQ for annual stock take processes
- Manage outgoing post and sample shipments
- Support the wider Product teams with ad hoc operational and sample management tasks as required

Skills/Experience Required
- Experience in a product, samples, stock control, or merchandising support role
- Experience managing or tracking physical product samples or inventory
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools (data tracking, logging, reporting)
- Experience maintaining accurate records and documentation across system
- Experience handling incoming and outgoing shipments, parcels, or product distribution
