Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our human resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet organisational staffing needs. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a fast-paced environment, utilising various recruitment tools and platforms to identify the best candidates. The HR Recruiter will play a vital role in building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.

Responsibilities

Lead generation: utilise multiple channels including social media management and online job boards to attract potential candidates.
Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft to organise and streamline recruitment workflows.
Conduct interviews and assessments, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain effective relationship management with hiring managers, understanding their staffing requirements and advising on best recruitment practices.
Utilise HRIS systems to update candidate information and track recruitment metrics accurately.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates through social media platforms and professional networks like Salesforce.
Collaborate with the HR team on workforce planning initiatives and support employer branding activities through social media management.
Assist in maintaining compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies during the recruitment process.

Requirements

Proven experience in human resources or recruitment roles, preferably within a corporate environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is essential; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
Knowledge of HRIS systems and social media management tools for talent attraction purposes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Demonstrated relationship management skills, fostering trust and collaboration across teams.
Understanding of lead generation techniques specific to talent acquisition.
