About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Retail Team Leader for a growing retail business specialising in family and lifestyle products.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.

The successful candidate will support daily store operations, lead the team, and help deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high store standards and driving performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and maintain high standards across the shop floor
Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability
Ensure pricing, promotions, and product displays are accurate and well presented
Lead, coach, and support team members, including new starters
Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance throughout the day
Drive sales and support store KPI performance
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
Support opening and closing store procedures when required

Requirements

Previous experience in retail leadership, supervision, or team management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
Reliable, flexible, and available to work weekends
