About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Lash & Brow Technician Specialist to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented beauty professional who takes pride in their craft and wants to build a rewarding, long-term career in a supportive, high-end environment.

Base hourly rate from £13.50/hr (depending on experience) — with average earnings of £15.50+/hr once commission is included 5% commission on all services — your skill and speed directly boost your take-home pay

What You Could Earn

We believe in being upfront about pay. Here's how it adds up:

Base rate: £13.50/hr guaranteed
5% commission on every service you perform
Tips: our technicians consistently earn meaningful tips on top
Average total hourly earnings: £15.50+/hr — and that's before tips

Your Responsibilities

Perform classic, hybrid, and volume lash extension applications with precision and care
Deliver expert brow lamination services tailored to each client's natural brow shape
Execute Korean lash lift treatments to the highest standard
Conduct thorough client consultations and patch tests
Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation protocols at all times
Build and nurture strong client relationships to support retention and rebooking
Keep accurate service records and communicate effectively with the team

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in lash extensions (classic, hybrid, and/or volume)
Hands-on experience with brow lamination and Korean lash lift techniques
Relevant certifications and/or formal training in lash and brow services
A meticulous eye for detail and a genuine passion for beauty artistry
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Reliable, professional, and able to work independently as well as in a team Portfolio or before-and-after photos of previous work (highly desirable)
