Part-Time Marketing Manager
About Us
Landlord Vision is a UK SaaS platform built for private landlords, covering property management, financial tracking, and HMRC-recognised Making Tax Digital (MTD) for Income Tax compliance. We have a growing subscriber base, record subscription volumes through early 2026, and a clear product advantage in a market undergoing significant regulatory change. We now need someone to bring discipline, coordination, and commercial rigour to how we tell that story.
The Role
We are looking for a commercially minded, data-driven Part-Time Marketing Manager to take ownership of coordinating all marketing activity across Landlord Vision. This is not a strategy-only role; we need someone who can plan, brief, execute, and measure across paid, organic, community, and content channels.
You will act as the hub between our existing specialist retainers, a paid ads specialist and an SEO consultant, as well as our designer and internal teams. Your job is to ensure all channels are aligned, campaigns land on time, and every initiative is reported with concrete numbers. You will also play a central role in driving our market expansion agenda, including growing our presence in new landlord segments and through accountant and letting agent channels.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Coordination and Campaign Management
- Own the marketing calendar, ensuring all paid, SEO, content, email, and community activity is planned, briefed, and delivered on time
- Coordinate weekly and monthly activity across the paid ads specialist, SEO consultant, and designer, acting as the single point of accountability
- Brief, review, and approve campaign assets, landing pages, email sequences, and ad creative
- Manage campaign launches end-to-end: from briefing through to post-campaign analysis
- Ensure messaging consistency across all channels: paid, organic, social, and in-product
Performance Reporting and Analytics
- Produce a clear, consistent bi-weekly or monthly marketing report covering all active channels
- Own key metrics: Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates by channel, traffic, lead volume, MQL quality, and subscriber growth
- Identify attribution gaps and work with the team to improve tracking (GA4, tag management, UTM discipline)
- Hold channel specialists accountable to agreed KPIs and flag underperformance early
- Present findings and recommendations to the MD in plain, commercially focused language with no vanity metrics
Market Expansion Initiatives
- Lead execution of specific growth initiatives, including HMO landlord segment outreach, accountant channel development, and letting agent proposition
- Identify and test new acquisition channels, lead magnets, and content formats suited to a regulated, compliance-driven audience
- Support partnership marketing, coordinating co-promotions, webinars, and listing opportunities with relevant third parties (e.g. accountancy networks, landlord publications)
- Develop and grow the Landlord Vision community presence, driving engagement across social channels and owned groups
- Support the positioning of MTD for Income Tax as a market-leading compliance product ahead of key HMRC filing deadlines
Email Marketing and CRM
- Own the email marketing calendar, working across segmented lists (prospects, trial users, active subscribers, lapsed customers)
- Brief and review automated sequences, lifecycle campaigns, and promotional sends
- Monitor and improve open rates, click rates, and list health, flagging issues and proposing improvements
SEO and Paid Oversight
- Act as internal owner for both SEO and paid search/social, reviewing output from specialists, tracking against targets, and escalating where needed
- Ensure alignment between organic content strategy and paid campaigns; no duplication, clear division of effort
- Review paid ad performance weekly, approve budget recommendations, and ensure CAC is tracked and reported clearly
Essential Requirements
- 3 or more years of B2B or SaaS marketing experience, with demonstrable channel management across paid and organic
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, and Meta Ads; you can read dashboards and challenge numbers
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate external specialists or agencies; you keep people accountable without micromanaging
- Comfortable producing your own reports: you know which metrics matter and can present them clearly to a non-marketing audience
- Experience planning and executing full-funnel campaigns, from top-of-funnel content through to conversion
- Excellent written communication and briefing skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to deadlines and deliverables
- UK-based with right to work
Desirable
- Experience in a SaaS, proptech, fintech, or regulated B2C/SME product environment
- Familiarity with landlord, property, or financial compliance audiences
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. MailerLite, Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and marketing automation
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, enough to have an informed conversation with an SEO consultant
- Experience building or growing an online community (Facebook groups, forums, or equivalent)
- Exposure to partnership or channel marketing (accountants, agents, trade publications)
- Experience working in a small team or scale-up environment where you wear multiple hats
What We Offer
- A meaningful part-time role with real commercial ownership, not a support function
- Fully remote working
- Direct access to the MD and genuine influence over marketing direction and spend
- A growing SaaS product with a clear category advantage and a strong compliance tailwind
- The opportunity to build something: our community, channels, and playbooks are still maturing
How to Apply
Please apply via Indeed with your CV and a short cover note. We want to hear specifically about: a campaign or channel initiative you owned end-to-end, how you report marketing performance to senior stakeholders, and your experience managing external specialists or agencies. Applications without a cover note will not be progressed.
