About the Academy

Passion Education is a premier academic institution focused on engineered success for high potential scholars. Led by a University of Cambridge and University of Notre Dame Alumna, we provide a learned and purposeful environment through our 8 Max Cell System. We are seeking a forensic Mathematics practitioner to join our elite team of specialists.

The Role

You will lead small group Instructional Cells (maximum 8 scholars) in iGCSE Mathematics. Our model focuses on specialised academic triage, eliminating the dead time found in mainstream and independent institutions.

Schedule and Remuneration

Workload: Two instructional cells per day.
Session Length: Two hours per cell.
Rate: Up to £200 per day.
This structure allows for deep, focused instruction and high quality feedback within a manageable four hour teaching window.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver clinical instruction tailored to the Pearson Edexcel Mathematics specification.
Plan, teach and mark (digitally).
Provide precise academic guidance to ensure each scholar remains on their projected trajectory.
Coordinate with the CEO to audit scholar progress.
Maintain a professional, high seniority online learning environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in delivering high grade results at iGCSE level.
Absolute mastery of the Pearson Edexcel Mathematics specification.
Professional home office setup for digital pedagogy.
Self employed status (responsible for your own tax and insurance).

Pay: £30.00-£40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2.0 – 20.0 per week
