As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of an exciting and lucrative recruitment portfolio, driving business growth within our specialist sectors. You will leverage your expertise to:

Build strong relationships with candidate and clients based on integrity and trust.
Source, screen, and place top talent in contract and/or permanent roles.
Drive new business growth through proactive sales and networking.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring seamless candidate experiences.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team success.

WHAT SETS YOU APART

You have proven sales experience in the recruitment sector – particularly within the Mechanical & Electrical or Construction sector of the industry.
You have an exemplary track record of billing success and exceeding sales targets.
You are a self-motivated, ambitious recruiter with an entrepreneurial mind set.
You pride yourself on your exceptional ability to build and foster long-standing relationships with clients and candidates.
