Full job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a IT Project Administrator to join our team, working remotely. As part of a growing company, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of the artefacts used in managing successful tech deployments.

This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, who can work independently and as part of a team. You will support various tech deployment projects, ensuring that administrative tasks are kept up to date according to weekly schedules and assisting with specific project-related tasks.

For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to expand their knowledge of the tech deployment environment through peer and senior-level support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative, governance, and logistical support
Monitor and triage the mailbox daily
Support Deployment Leads and Coordinators with deployment tasks
Maintain deployment schedules, issue logs, and stock management records
Manage and process change requests
Deployment coordination
Quality assurance, ensuring deployment standards and requirements are met

Desirable Skills & Knowledge:

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Initiative and resourcefulness in handling tasks and problem-solving
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong time-management and the ability to work well under pressure within a busy environment and prioritise tasks accordingly
Committed to delivering high quality work
Experience of working in an administration environment
Attention to detail, delivering work accurately and timely at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
