Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Lead Generator to join our sales team. This role involves qualifying potential clients, supporting our B2B sales efforts, and contributing to the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English. Experience with telemarketing, CRM software and a strong understanding of sales processes are highly desirable. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a professional environment committed to growth and success.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using telemarketing techniques to generate leads
Qualify potential clients based on their needs and interest levels
Maintain accurate records of interactions within our custom CRM software
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies
Follow up on leads through email or phone to nurture relationships and schedule meetings
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Assist in organising promotional campaigns and events aimed at lead generation

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation roles
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to reaching targets
Previous experience in sales or marketing is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
