We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Curriculum and Innovation Manager and will be instrumental in developing and enhancing the apprenticeship and qualification curriculum for the programmes offered by Kingdom Academy.
The role will also be instrumental in supporting our bids and tender success with a keen eye on innovation. The role will also play a pivotal role in integrating strategic priorities into the curriculum and support the delivery teams to maintain a high standard of teaching and assessment practice
Experience/Qualifications/Licenses/Competencies
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training minimum teaching qualification requirement (essential)
- CAVA/TAQA or equivalent (desirable)
- A full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check, right of work compliance
- Relevant other qualifications welcome

Key Responsibilities
- Lead curriculum enhancement projects, ensuring integration of key strategic priorities
- Work with stakeholders and sector delivery teams to develop and implement curriculum improvements, promoting innovative and inclusive pedagogical approaches
- Support the design and diversification of assessment methods, ensuring alignment with best practice
- Develop and deliver training and workshops for delivery colleagues on curriculum development, assessment diversification, and quality enhancement
- Ensure the integration of quality assurance and enhancement processes into curriculum development and delivery
- Collaborate with others including Senior Leadership and the Quality Team to monitor and evaluate curriculum quality across the institution
- Provide expert support in the review and redesign of curriculum, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of sector developments and emerging trends in curriculum design, teaching, and assessment
- Work with internal and external stakeholder to support the successful completion, submission and implementation of business tender, through process, evidence and submission management
