Full job description

We have opportunities across different teams and roles at various levels depending on skills and experience.

Successful candidates will be confident IT users, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel. You will have strong organisation and communication skills which will help you provide the best support possible to the team you work within and SHPU as a whole. We welcome applications from a variety of backgrounds and sectors where you have gained transferable skills that will allow you to excel with us.

Each bank role is different – so there is always opportunity to learn something new! But generally, as a Bank Administrator your duties will require you to provide admin support to a team/service i.e. data entry, typing, managing emails and diaries, answering telephone queries. You will be expected to communicate effectively with your colleagues, service users and anyone else you come into contact with in your role (i.e. members of the public/external organisations).
