We have exclusively partnered with a small, design-led collaborative architecture practice in Central London transitioning to being an Architect Developer. They are looking for a Senior Architect / Senior Interior Architect to join their team in a key role, working closely with the founder, leading on the delivery of projects as well as having a voice in helping shape the company.

Our client are a small design-led architecture company, who work on incredible projects and are led by a brilliant founder.
Their projects include large scale, well designed BTL projects typically £1.4 million – £2 million in scale and as big as 25 storey towers. The studio work on a number of amenity spaces, co-working areas, receptions, lobbies etc. These are for high profile clients and they have gone up against, and beaten, world renowned architectural practices to secure these projects.
The practice are also transitioning to being an Architect Developer with acquisition of their first site(s) happening within the next 4-6 months for residential developments. Their architect/developer projects are confidential at this point however, more details can be revealed during the interview process.

Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or another relevant discipline
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in an architecture practice or similar
- Experience working on interior architecture projects
- Able to be client facing, run a job and be hands on with the project rather just managing others.
- Experience working on amenity spaces, co-working spaces, receptions, lobbies etc. or similar would be an advantage.
- Experience in Build-to-Rent BTR residential projects would be beneficial but not essential
- A team player and great communicator
Package
- Salary of £48,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
